"The room was comfortable but small. The air conditioning was minimally acceptable. It was probably 22 degrees in the room the whole time. It’s incredible that they don’t a shuttle to and from the port so instead you have to walk a steep hill."

"Beach was beautiful. Limited shaded area. Pool water was murky, so we did not use it. Staff refused to check us in before 3pm official check in time. Hotel needs so sprucing up.
