"Overall, the stay was good, but there was one major issue. The air conditioning in the room was turned off and only the heater was available. Because the room was on a higher floor with a lot of sunlight, the temperature went up to around 30°C, which made it very uncomfortable. I asked the reception for help, and they offered to bring up a fan, but unfortunately it didn’t make much of a difference."

"Perfect example of Korean hospitality: check-in and check-out were super fast and efficient, the room spacious and perfectly clean, bed and pillows were great quality. This place was ideal for a short stay in Seoul, its location is within a lively district with restaurants, cafes and many shops, well connected by subway but not noisy at night. I'd definitely stay here again!"
