Property appeared to be newly renovated and extremely clean. Bed was comfortable and room spacious. I appreciated the 24 hour coffee availability and there was a nice variety of breakfast options. I used the fitness room which was clean and well appointed as well. Would stay here again.

We had a handicapped room and upon arrival the door was sticking. A worker was immediately sent to repair It. WiFi in room was awful! One housekeeper (Asian lady didn’t get her name) in particular was very helpful!! Thermostat was off - hard to control a/c. Not impressed with breakfast - warm milk, butter seemed spoiled. Food & supplies were restocked quickly!

Hotel was located perfect for our vacation to the cape. Unfortunately when we got to the room, the bathroom had hair left on the toilet and around the shower, the body wash bottle was ripped off the wall and the conditioner was empty (good thing we bring our own toiletries). I have a 3 year old and a 2 year old that love Disney so we were excited to decompress at the end of the day and watch movies but the hotel said they were taking two days to replace the cable boxes. We stayed for 3 nights, 4 days and they still weren’t fixed. If I knew this I wouldn’t have booked this hotel….

I love the hotel decor, very beautiful. Love the spacious room, plenty counter top. Large and beautiful bathroom with heavy shower head. Bed comfort not bad. Did not like the breakfast choices, breakfast eating area was congested, too many tables and chairs. Overall hotel is very clean and quiet atmosphere. Love the area, walking distance to the mall and other shops. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

Room was dirty. Tv didn’t work. Called to front desk and the front desk staff was so polite and sent a maintenance person to the room to fix the tv. Maintenance person was rude and did not fix the tv (the netflix/youtube options still didn’t work) he told us they just don’t work. Breakfast area was very dirty and not being replenished. Very disappointed with my stay
