"Everthing is what I expected for and more."

"My room was clean and did not have any odor like some hotel do when you turn on the hvac unit. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. The staff was polite and helpful."

"The room was outdated, worn, felt dark. The bathroom was not clean, moldy. I had to have someone come clean it. They did respond quickly with someone to clean, but there was some mold discoloration even after cleaning. Phone was dirty. Breakfast looked ok, but I didn't try it. Went to Dunkin because I was not confident about cleanliness."

"I got to the property very run down clutter all over the outside . Roof falling off out front . There was no one at the desk to check me in when I arrived around 11:30 pm . I walked out and never even stayed because there was nobody to check me in. Expedia needs to do a better job at monitoring the buildings they promote for people to stay in. A waste of money ."

"The hot tub was not available. My room had burn holes on the rug. Also the bathroom the shower wall was all busted open."

"Room and halls were dirty. Stains on carpet in room. Stains in tub. Bathroom door barely latched because frame of door was so far out of plumb. Room layout was poor. Lots of wasted space but I had to shuffle around foot of bed and wall to get to other side of bed. Ac was cold. But bed was to close to ac unit. It was ineffective at cooling room overall."

"First room got smell like a ashtray an smoke got moved to another room the couch had a big noticeable dark stain on the seat pillows looked old they were brown mattress had dark stains on them duvet cover had a bunch of brown stains on them sheets have brown stains floor was not vacuumed thoroughly there was Crumbs from the previous guess we had to buy a candle to make the room smell decent you get what you pay."

"The room was in need of a very good deep cleaning. There were spots on the wall and around the light fixtures that we could only hope were coffee or some other type of brown food. The baseboards were coated in dust and dirt. The sheets were a dingy yellowish color that I was reluctant to lay on, and the bedspread was extremely stiff and scratchy. This was definitely a disappointment given the reviews that we had read online for this location. We would never book there again nor recommend it to...

"Stayed here for two different days on a there and back road trip to Chicago. Clean rooms. Nice room layout. "Award-winning breakfast" is a stretch. Don't get your hopes up. And, while it's not the hotel's fault, the surrounding roadways are a nightmare. There are some potholes that could destroy your car if you're not careful. Assume this is due to the dead/dying mall next door. Otherwise, there are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area, just be careful driving."

"I loved my stay here. It was only one night, but I will absolutely stay there again if I’m in the area. The room was basic, but cute and incredibly clean. I honestly think this was the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The bathroom as well, and there is almost always something icky in any hotel bathroom. The bed? Oh my gosh - SO comfortable.
