"I have stayed 3 times in this hotel. The first 2 I stayed only 2 nights. This time, I stayed 5, and I had a regular experience. The front desk staff acts as if they are making you a favor, the only truly helpful and proactive staff was at the restaurant. The fridge in the room had opened soda bottles inside (I have the pictures to prove it), which indicates poor cleaning before my check in. In general, it wasn’t the best experience, if you’re considering a long stay, better go to a different hotel. This is a 1-2 nights hotel."

"The location is great and easy to get around the city. The place comes with offstreet parking which is a huge plus. The downsides were 1) the unit faced WHTaft Rd which was very busy and loud and 2) the mattress is ridiculously soft and terrible for my back (husband too). Even so, I would consider staying here again"

"If you have trouble with climbing stairs you must tell them you need a room for disabilities. They only have 4 of these rooms. The room I got was on the “first floor”. You had 6-7 steps you must climb to get to it. They have no elevators. The room was not clean. The bathtub was dirty. When we went to get another room they only had 2nd and third floor rooms. I made the reservation the same night as the stay. I was only there for 5 minutes and they would not refund my money. They said that was in the agreement signed. They did refund my second night. Read the fine print and you must cancel 4 days ahead. My advice is just don’t stay there. "
