"This property is super Chic in the heart of Hyde Park in Tampa Florida. They were having a cooking class when I walked in and they're really cool upscale bar. They have a winery. You can purchase wines on site, walk across the street to Bern's Steakhouse or order room service which I highly recommend. Check-In staff super helpful. Valet car service is the only option. Very helpful. 24/7 available. You can walk everywhere you need to go. If you want to walk to restaurants, walk into Hyde Park...

"I did not think Staff was up to standard when i tried to check out. could not get Valet for car. could not get front desk to answer my calls for 15 minutes. Valet left car in front but no one around. had to go to valet office to find my car fob."

"If you’re looking for a room to sleep in. It’s a nice room. That’s all I can say about the hotel. It lacks the most important thing I look for in an expensive hotel, an in room coffee bar or machine. Nothing. Having to get up, get dressed and go down to the restaurant bar for a cup of overpriced coffee doesn’t do it for me. At a minimum…have access to coffee in the lobby. I like to have coffee at the end of an evening out and nothing was available. Nice friendly staff. Nice restaurant. But in...

"The location is good, close to River Walk and restaurants etc. The room was not too big or too small and nice amenities. However, the coffee machine didn't work, no ice on our floor and no towels for the pool. Otherwise, very much enjoyed our stay and will likely return on our next trip to Tampa."
