The room was clean & the fireplace was a perk. The problem was that the room was a ridiculously far outdoor walk uphill from the front desk with no bellhop in sight although the property claims to have a bellhop. On our walk, a lady in an ATV stopped to talk to us but didn't offer a ride or help ...

We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite. We went from a Mountain View to a huge mound view. The lodge is lovely, definitely geared towards a family stay than a couples stay. I would stay intown next visit.

The check-in staff was mediocre. No smiles were had. There was no one to open the door for you as you were dragging in a lot of luggage.
