"My stay at Taj Deccan, Hyderabad was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail displayed by the entire team made me feel truly valued and at home. A special note of appreciation goes to Chef Anup Mingwal and Chef Ankush Sharma, whose culinary expertise and passion for hospitality were evident in every meal. Their personalized attention and commitment to delivering an outstanding dining experience were truly remarkable. I would also like to sincerely thank Mr. Venkat, Mr. Srinu, and Mr. Bhupal Reddy for their impeccable service, genuine hospitality, and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect. "The stay and the over all experience was good .The airport pickup was smooth. Pre chein was fast but….. The pre check in needs some work though from the IT side it does not take pdf files , and it did not upload my email and contact number along with the ids of my family .This had to be redone at the check in ! It’s just a suggestion for optimisation not a complain. The Adi restaurant’s double ka meetha needs serious overhaul , its single ka meetha at the best . The breakfast spread was good I liked the idea of juices and salads in the refrigerator it was very modern in style and aesthetic too. The Irani chai was top draw the server Mr Vaman ( I hope i got his name right) was very warm and welcoming , I would suggest to keep the Osmania biscuits as well on the side to complete the experience . Overall very good experience and hospitality"
