"The bed was very comfy. Good amenities in room including kitchenette with sink, microwave, plates, carpeted, table and chairs and sofa. Downside: water pressure in shower is poor, no powerpoints beside bed and driveway entrance could do with resurfacing as full of pot holes."

"Comfortable stay. Location is excellent. Easy check in and underground parking kept the car cool. Rooms were spacious. Had one use soap, shampoo and conditioner so if staying a few days you may have to ask for more. "

"Whilst the room was clean and comfortable I was very disappointed that I did not see anyone in reception on my arrival or departure. I was not impressed that there appeared to be no wheelchair access or elevators. The site states 24-hour check-in however on my arrival the door was locked. When I rang the number, I was told I was sent a text message with instructions, but I was not sent a text message. The person who answered the phone sounded like I had inconvenienced him which I felt was an...

"They kindly accommodated our late arrival, which we really appreciated. Room was clean, nice shower, we would stay again!"

"Spacious open plan apartment. Well maintained and clean. Would be ideal for family with young children, but not so much if you are traveling with older children (which we were) as there is no privacy between the sleeping spaces. The glass topped coffee table in our room was a problem; 3 out of 4 of us managed to walk into it as the glass top overhung the frame by some way which our peripheral vision didn't pick up. Choice at breakfast was limited."

"This place is a great place to stay with good facilities and with no fuss. I had everything we needed for a short stay. Very affordable and comfortable accommodation with a great view of the marina and Hastings river if you get a pool facing suite. We didn’t use the restaurant as we have family in town and are with them. Sleeping wise and location is spot on. A little out of the way from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to everything. Perfect."

The hotel’s park facilities were perfect for children, my son had a wonderful time playing there. My family really enjoyed the stay, and we were all happy with the experience. "Location was lovely, nice walks along the river. ( Spotted a Grey Nurse shark). Enjoyed a meal at the bowls club nearby with discount from the motel. Drove to Port Macquarie and had a lovely time there. Went to the Koala rescue centre too. Room on the small side, had to live out of suitcase due to tiny wardrobe etc. Although there was a microwave, fridge & kettle it was all a tight fit. Try for a larger room. Pleasant staff."
