The hotel lobby was difficult for me, as I only speak English, and the signs were all in Korean. The check-in time (afternoon and evening) manager speaks English which was much appreciated. Excellent amenities and daily housekeeping. If you stay in downtown Ulsan, this is the place to stay!"
