"Very modern interior and close "

"Air condition worked great same with the heated floor. The toilets require you to put it into the trash bin, the locks on the door are itneresting because of the hotels.traditional.home design. I was worried about losing that key. The staff was great, they helped carry my heavy bag, the receptionist spoke english very well, i really enjoyed her assitence especially when my luggage wheel.broke and i asked her where i would.be able to put my broken one. I really enjoyed the hotel, its on the busiest street with shoping and restaurants. Close walking distance to the tombs and parks. Overall i loved this location and stay. The staff deserve a raise for their great attitude and skills!"

"냉장고가 작동하지않아 프런트에 고치던가 바꿔달라 요청했는데 외출후 저녁에 돌아왔는데 전혀 달라진것이 없었음 그래서 너무 불편했음 그리고 룸안에 그흔한 각티슈도 없었고 그리고 9 층에 묶었는데 침대방향하고 티비가 옆으로 되어있어서 티비보기가 넘넘 불편했음 결론적으로 2박하는데 엄청불편했음"

"Just a very average hotel. Good value for the money. I chose this over the Shilla Stay which is right next door thinking that Shilla was carpeted and Lotte was hardwood floors. Lotte was also carpeted and very old carpet if i may add. Anyways, you get what you pay for."

"Staffs are polite & helpful. Breakfast is OK. Room is clean but lacking amenities. We had to go out to buy toothbrushes & toothpaste. A/C control seems not working well. Seems like A/C is automatically adjusted by itself instead of adhering to manual settings. "
