Khách sạn gần Công viên Iannone tại Regina

"Even though there was not much around it to make it easy to walk to get something to eat or do, the room was updated and very nice; the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice. The staff was a difference maker. I arrived early and the front desk support let me know check in was 4 pm and if I wanted to pay extra I could get in earlier. I waited instead, and within a short time they notified me that my room was ready (within an hour) and at no extra charge. I would stay here again...

"Everything ok"

"Very clean property, comfortable bed, and good selection for breakfast. The staff were friendly as well."

"The room heater was not working instead we were using a small space heater to warm the room. Breakfast was only so so...."

"Nice hotel. Room was very comfortable and the lounge was lovely."

"A coffee shop or a restaurant in the hotel would have been nice. It’s a bare minimum hotel - good enough for an overnight and parking is good."

"no complaints"

"Breakfast wasn’t included??? Or mentioned"

"Cold showers"

"Problem with limited handicap parking available. We only saw one . Also why a hotel would have only one luggage cart. We found that the shower in 233 to inadequate for anyone with mobility issues and in our opinion a slipping risk for all users We understand that the hotel is starting a needed renovation. The hotel and staff met our needs for a one night stay."

"The rooms were small not very clean, extremely loud HVAC."

"Room was shabby. Front desk hard to understand. Charged $15. parking fee for a low rate facility. Breakfast was the worst I have ever seen. The croissants were hard as rock and smelled, the eggs were like rubber, no bacon or butter and the sausage, we feed our dog better. We are totally unhappy with our stay there. We are active users of Expedia, but I had to get this off my chest. In fact, I am waiting for a refund."

"Breakfast was great. The lady in the kitchen was singing while she prepped the food. What a stunning voice. It travelled throughout the buffet area. It was nice to see someone who really enjoys her work."

"Freezing. I got in late and was exhausted. The air-conditioning was on in the room and no matter how hard I tried to get heat I could not get it to work. Too tired to call the front desk. Hotel rooms should never be set below 22C when you are expecting guests. My room was at 20 with the air conditioning blowing all night above my bed. Not pleasant. The property, breakfast and staff were fabulous."
