"ベッドの下は埃だらけ、お風呂は水垢だらけ、お風呂は洗ってないのが触ると分かるくらいザラザラ、掃除用のスポンジを使おうとしたら水が垂れるほど濡れていて不衛生、トイレも汚れが目立つ、トイレの掃除用具に埃、洗っているのか分からない座布団と枕カバー。 極め付けは8時にチェックアウトよね！？とスタッフが尋ねてきて、本部から携帯にも電話が来たが、チェックアウト時間はどこにも早くチェックアウトしないといけないと書いていない明記されていないのにチェックアウト時間が早いプランでしたと言われた。 便利ですが、外国人のスタッフの方が掃除もしているのであれば、基準を徹底してレベルアップした方がいいと思います。"

"Good sized studio with everything you would need for a long stay: full kitchen, laundry with drying feature in bathroom. No smart TV though, which seems to be the norm in Japan's hotels, and is kind of surprising being so technologically advanced."

"The place is ok, roomy, well placed. It is far from the action and it is peaceful. There are a few convenience stores around but it lacks proper dinning options. But my biggest complaint is the check-in experience: absolutely disastrous. I kept receiving emails after emails about the check-in process. Almost all of them were in Japanese. "Great stay at Calm Asakusa. Best things about property was the location, so close to Asakusa station and other sights including restaurants, shopping and of course Kaminarimon Gate & Sensoji Temple. The property itself was very clean & quiet. Having a washing machine was very handy. Bathroom had all the bells and whistles and water temperature & pressure were excellent. We were staying there as a family of four with two kids and found it quite tight as the day bed could really only fit one...
