"The first room we got was building 1, farthest away from lobby. The wifi never reached there. Upon our arrival it smelled like mildew, they was a hair in tub and on the bed, and you couldn’t walk on floor with out feet being covered. All seemed to indicate room wasn’t cleaned prior (it was 6:30 pm at this point). They weren’t able to switch us to another room that night, however, after connecting with the manager the next morning, she was helpful and gave us a different room but won’t be ready...

"I thought it was an adults only resort but it was not. I came as a solo traveler and apperantly its also a good spot for a solo traveler but i was a bit sketched out. I ALWAYS keep my door sign on the PRIVACY sign and some how after i step out it was flipped over to the other side a few times. When i ran down to security he was too busy flirting with girls instead of being attentive so at that point I didnt even feel safe saying anything and had been on edge the entire stay."
