"Incredible family owned business. This place is a hidden gem in San Antonio! The staff is excellent and always available. Rooms are cleaned throughly. They have a sister property cafe and the food could have a Michelin star. Especially for the price, you cannot ask for anything better. They have a happy hour from 5-7 and it is the best deal in town. Sara, our bartender one night, was exceptional and they all are fluent in both Spanish and English. "Overall the pool was lovely, gym was good, but we booked a standard room and didn't realise there was no balcony, and no rooms to upgrade to. Air-conditioning was warm and beds were not very comfortable. Fantastic location. Gave it 4 stars as we weren't in the room much but if you plan to be more based in the hotel you might want to choose a better room!"

"Really nice hotel which is in a great location just away from all the bustle of the shops and restaurants but also very close to walk to. The hotel has nice spacious rooms and the plunge pool is a good spot to relax on a hot afternoon. Breakfast and other food options at the hotel are great and the onsite team very friendly and professional."
