The hotel said it was a high occupancy day hence the lack of bed availability. However, I do want to commend the hotel for having courteous staff and for accommodating travelers in allowing luggage storage before the room was available and afterwards. "Really nice hotel which is in a great location just away from all the bustle of the shops and restaurants but also very close to walk to. The hotel has nice spacious rooms and the plunge pool is a good spot to relax on a hot afternoon. Breakfast and other food options at the hotel are great and the onsite team very friendly and professional."

"Clean beautiful upgraded hotel, breakfast was vast and delicious, all staff were friendly and helpful, pool was amazing, grounds were clean. Massage by the sea was the most relaxing experience. "The location was perfect & very central. Our room was of a port view with balcony. With beautiful mornings views, also very clean and modern. My only negative was the noise due to the central location. We couldn’t sleep til 2am each night. So if your holiday is to include late nights, the the accommodation is perfect."
