Cliff House at Pikes Peak

"The Cliff House was very charming and the staff was wonderful. Unfortunately, one of the elevators was out of order. The options were the stairs or a walk to the other end of the bldg for the working elevator. The stone work for the front drive was being replaced along with other repairs made for a very noisy visit. I’m sure that once all the repairs are complete, it will be back to normal."

"A great place with very friendly staff! This unique, eclectic place will be our go to when we are in the area! So close to everything. There are tons of amenities and all the staff were wonderful! From free bikes you can use, to a heated pool, bar, food, great breakfast, pet Friendly and again the staff were great! Very close to Manitou Springs, Garden of the gods, Historic Colorado city and more! You can walk, ride your bike or take the free bus everywhere if you don’t want to drive!"

"This place helped me big time in a pickle. The stay was very nice. Beds were comfortable. Showers screams at you but that's not anyone's fault really it's the water pressure. In the absolute perfect spot not all the way into Manitou but at the prefect spot to walk there and back!!! Very quiet at night! Whomever now owns it is definitely fixing it and making it a great place to stay! No homeless around which is great considering the area a mile closer to the springs!! Didn't get a chance to go to breakfast or the pool room but maybe next time. I 100% will come back but this time just myself lol staff was very very polite well mannered and he helped me with so many questions! The cleaners were pretty awesome at their job too (ps I LOVE their hair 😍 please keep them both) never heard the rooms next to us either!!!!!!!!! Overall this has been one of the best stays i ever had in a motel!!!!!! Thank you Tava for helping when my neighbors pipes busted and flooded my apartment out!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"This hotel was soooo breathtaking. The corner room with a balcony looking over the mountains and Colorado Springs was magical. Everything was so clean. The Starbucks staff in the hotel gave special attention to my husband for his birthday. The only thing that was confusing was parking but we chose not to do valet parking. Make sure you remember what floor to get off at your parking. The beds allowed us to have a nice nights sleep after enjoying the Melting Pot just a short walk away. Amazing stay and we paid more for a really dirty hotel at our last stop. It was a lovely surprise to walk into our room. We hope to come back but we are from Maine and it’s quite the long drive. I would stay a whole week here if I came again!!"
