"Very good "

"Room was decent. Clean bed. The tub has scum at the bottom of tub. It was quiet. The breakfast was very disappointing. Front desk staff must have been short staffed. It was not manned in the morning and watched 4 different person go up to desk and ring the bell to no avail for over 30 minutes before he came back to the front desk."

I booked it because it appeared to be a reasonably priced option for my family and me while attending a concert, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. Upon arrival, I was immediately concerned about the surrounding area. The neighborhood did not feel particularly safe, and there were numerous rough-looking individuals on and around the property. "The first nights room tv did not work. So moved me to a new room which the tv also didn’t work . There was no indications when reserving that the pool and hot tub were not working . Also their breakfast has one choice . Will be my last stay there . "

"Staff wasn’t very personable. Super slow checking in. The room was filthy. There is stuff splattered on the walls everywhere. Cigarette tar build up in AC vent. carpet and tile was sticky. Carpet was fraying and snagged. There was mold in the bathroom and mold spores on toilet paper. Dirty spots on blanket, pee stain on bedding. Fridge and microwaves weren’t cleaned very well. Curtains had stuff on them. Bed was lousy. Whole hotel smelled like smoke and animals."

"Esther was fabulous. I likes the ski posters highlighting the father and probably uncles of the owner and their accomplishments. I loved the rooms. The washer/dryer in one frustrated me. I should have googled directions. I appreciated having them available for use. I loved the excellent ingredients used in the food. I liked so many available snacks. I loved the interaction I had with Esther. But for the most part she gave us our privacy and I appreciated that."
