Khách sạn Đại lộ Icefields

"Beautiful place to relax! Very comfortable and homey vibe! All experience is awesome!!"

"Very noisy place , no soundproofing at all, people on the top moving furniture or something noise, all night, and from 5 am again.. no response after complaint and messages to front desk, no connection with staff at all, staff doesn’t care at all, buses idling whole morning with diesel fumes entering guests rooms.. no communication, no response from customer service at all, no human relations with hotel staff.. will not recommend to anyone who is hoping to have good rest and relax.. Not gonna...

"Staff were great, so friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but it does what you need. Everyone staying there is just staying there to sleep and then carry on their journey up/down Icefields Parkway. So it serves its purpose with the good location and reasonable price. Walls are very thin and I could hear next doors fridge!!"

"We arrived without a car. Received less than adequate help on how to see lake Louise. We walked but later discovered there was bus service"

"Check in process was very smooth. Staff were very friendly. Hotel/room was clean. Plenty of parking in the underground lot."

"Still under construction so alot of things not ready. We were offered a 10% discount upon check in to compensate which was fair. Easy check in and great location"

"The room was quite small and the make up room service was only offered for one day for a four night stay. However, the cleaner was happy to oblige with extra towels and coffees. Laundry was very useful - four modern washers and dryers. Room very warm but opened window - beds very comfy. Overall good stay, location and price great for Jasper."

"What an idea place to stay. Convenient for all local amenities and activities (as well as visiting elk!). Would definitely recommend"

"Clean excellent facility."

"Lovely large room with good facilities. Convenient for Lake Louise and surrounding area. Would be nice to have had dining on sight but some good options in Lake Louise village."

"I had a great time there! Highly recommended!"
