"Have been going to Ona El Marques for a number of years now. Lovely complex and have recently had some refurbishments such as new restaurant and reception area. Gives the complex a much fresher and modern look. The apartments are nice but are in need up some updating,especially the bathrooms, would be nice to have walk in shower. However we thoroughly enjoy our stay each year. "

"Excellent séjour, literie confortable, logement très propre, vaisselle etc Menage juste à préciser que la salle de sport est payante )25€ sem/8€ jour, machine à laver(3e en pièce de 50c/monnaie à demander à l’accueil) Petit supermarché à côté qui font également des locations de voiture sans caution bancaire. "Es war wiedermal ein toller Aufenthalt im Las Terrazas. Die Wohnungen sind sehr groß und man hat viel Platz um sich auszubreiten. Der Zimmerservice wird täglich gemacht und man hat die Wahl, in einem der Restaurants zu Frühstücken oder Mittag- und Abendessen zu sich zu nehmen oder sich selbst in der (leider nicht ganz so gut ausgestatteten) Küche selbst zu bekochen. Leider gibt es auf den Terrassen nicht viel Möglichkeiten sich vor der Sonne zu schützen. Es sind keine Sonnenschirme vorhanden und...

"I stayed at this hotel in March 2025. Perfect location. There are many shops in that area. Good public transportation. Staffs were very helpful and accommodating. My room was clean and functional and good value for the money. They offer a good breakfast! "

"Gute Lage und es war so als wäre man bei Freunden untergebracht. Super nettes Personal. Tipp: bessere Pfannen und die Basis Essig, Öl, Salz und Pfeffer sollten vorhanden sein. Ich habe alles dagelassen. Aber vielleicht nehmen die Gäste diese wieder mit… Ansonsten ist das Hotel für uns wunderbar gewesen. Freu mich schon auf das nächste Mal :-)"

"Fabulous apartments, stunning location and pools. Parasols very hard to get and locked away meaning our time was limited at the pool. Must have a car then it’s the perfect location to explore Tenerife. Would benefit from a good cafe / bar on site selling food and draught beer. Overall brilliant and would return "

"Het complex is goed gelegen, vlakbij twee supermarkten en winkelstraten. Er is veel beweging rondom maar op de site zelf merk je daar niet zo heel veel van. Op wandelafstand van de zee, hou daarbij wel rekening met het hoogteverschil, eigen aan de regio. Tip: reserveer een parkeerplaats in het hotel want de parkeermogelijkheden zijn overal problematisch. Conclusie: een zeer net hotel met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Goede prijs/kwaliteit en een aanrader. "

"Very comfortable and elegant. The kitchen is well organized and very useful. The view of the ocean is wonderful. The presence of shops and restaurants nearby is very useful. If parking was included in the price it would be great because it is really really difficult to find parking nearby."
