"Very thoughtfully prepared cozy space. We enjoyed staying there with our two daughters. The o communication was excellent and check in and out very seamless. Location is superb if desiring to stay in Burton in the water. Beautiful, quaint town. Only complaint was lack of cooling. Luckily able to cool off at night with windows open. We really enjoyed our stay. "

However the moment we checked in we went to the spa where the cryotherapy was broken and we couldn’t order any refreshments as the lady said she couldn’t leave her post. "Nothing was any trouble for the staff. Majority of the hotel was in very good condition. Our room was a bit dated including the bathroom and balcony furniture. The view over the lake was well worth the extra we paid for an upgrade. We would stay again if only for the view a d the area."
