"The AC in the room struggled to cool the room. Basic rooms do Not include waterpark passes. Pool was closed. Waterpark closed after fire broke out. We were only able to use waterpark passes for 45 mins before fire closed park for the entire weekend. We didn't get our money back, we will suppssedly ..."
