We wished there was a bathroom fan, but otherwise the unit was great: spacious, could sleep a lot of people, and cute loft (but very steep stairs to get to the loft). "

"La réservation et les consignes sont claires et simples à appliquer, l'appartement est plutôt bien situé mais il faut quand mm le vélo pour aller au centre, il est dans un endroit calme mais le voisinage est bruyant et on entend tout ce qui se passe chez les voisins. il y a eu pas mal de bruit de meuble, de personne en soirée en plein milieu de la nuit mais heureusement ca n'a pas réveillé les enfants. "The flat was well situated. The area around the entrance was messy and I was sent two different entrance codes, first one which I printed and brought, then another which I saw, when I failed to enter with the first one. So I took some time entering. The place itself was quite worn, with tapestries coming off, in need of paint, and it didn't have the exclusive look and feel from the photos. The sink was leaking in the bathroom. It was clean, though and quiet during the night. "

"The original room I had booked wasn't available, so I was given a replacement which turned out to be a fantastic apartment in a better place of the city. I'm very happy with the way this was dealt with and the quality of the replacement. The check-in and check-out process as well as the communication with the staff during the stay was very efficient, and very service minded."

"Hotel a modernissimo, molto grande, ottime finiture, personale cortese. Bella sauna panoramica al 29° piano, dove c'è anche una palestra. È presente una simpatica sala giochi. Bello il centro congressi. Stanza abbastanza ampia, con macchina del caffè/kettler e frigo con un paio di bottigliette d'acqua offerte. Ottimo servizio internet e ottimo televisore. Colazione a buffet squisita e abbondantissima. Peccato per il quartiere: vicinissimo alla Grand Place (900 metri) ma anche alla stazione...

"Public areas excellent and good breakfast. We were apparently upgraded to an Executive Room which had exactly the same facilities as the standard room so a little disappointed with the room."
