"Beautiful rooms great views"

"This is an old style Reno hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff extremely nice and helpful. The location is excellent, right downtown & 1:2 block to the river. This is a great hotel if you’re not interested in having a casino. It has an indoor pool and a bar/ lounge too. Also appreciated free parking!"

"The outdoor sitting area was super cute, the property was very clean and the amenities and decor were welcoming. The street is very loud at night; helpful ear plugs were provided. The lobby offers wine for sale. The bed was comfortable and the king room bathroom had two sinks. Convenient location to walk around mid-town. Memorable stay."

"There were pubic hairs on the bathroom floor super gross floors were kind of dirty and fridge wasn’t very cold and coffee maker had existing water in it also gross"

"First time in Reno. We wanted a place that was centrally located that we can walk to everything. The Riverwalk was cool. But there was not much to do elsewhere, almost no places to walk to...no gift shops or great eateries. Very limited. Felt unsafe walking around, homeless smelly areas, everything was very dated. The hotel had cigarette smell throughout property. The room, we had 2 queen, was very small. I would not come back. Sorry, I was disappointed overall."

"Parking was poor. Need access to be on the north west corner of the garage closest to the hotel. To walk all of the way to the far side of the garage to get on the elevator is ridiculous."

"Avoid. Was scared to leave my room and was scared for my car. There were at least three homeless people around the property. One sitting on the stairs like he was drugged out. The people going in and out of the lobby all look drugged out or ragged. There were five guys standing in front of my room and I was scared they were going to push me in my room when I opened the door. The sink was leaky and the floors squeaked. Only got two towels. "Clean room and staff. Just the parking was packed"

"It’s pretty much certified as a drug den, people everywhere on something. Upon checking in, the two ladies were so rude to me. The second I turned around to leave there were 5 cop cars in the parking lot trying to deal with some addicts freaking out. I got in my car immediately. I slept in my car because that was just way too much OH AND THIS WAS IN A SPAN OF 15 MINUTES"

"The great thing about El Dorado is that you can literally get into an elevator (when they’re working) and be dropped right into the action directly from your hotel room. Breakfast & coffee are right outside the elevator. A short walk and you’re in Silver Legacy, then Circus Circus, all without stepping outside. We loved our 700 sq ft room with a hot tub. "There was an employee named Blanca who was the highlight of our stay, as well as the two male front desk employees (I don’t remember their names), but they demonstrated the utmost professionalism and service ever! The staff is friendly, helpful and the premises were in pristine condition. Definitely staying here again!"

"Hotel and rooms were very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good and well stocked with a lot of options for guests. The indoor pool was nice with the strong winds that Reno was having during our stay. It allowed the kids to swim without getting cold or exposed to the wind. Would definitely recommend and visit again"
