"Nice stay. water in the shower would all of the sudden get extremely hot and then back to the original temperature again, many time throughout a normal shower. Called to ask where the microwave was located and they advised that they do not offer this service which we found very strange as one might need to e.g. warm up baby milk "

"My girlfriend and I had a great 3-day stat at the Principe hotel in Feb 2026 for a phenomenal price. The hotel was very nice, quite and clean with large rooms. We actually got moved right away to a far larger room (for no charge) because the A/C in our first room was not working properly. The staff could not have been nicer. The location of the property in the nice and safe Congrejo neighborhood was great, with plenty of good restaurants steps away. In truth, the Principe was one of the best stays/deal I have ever had in my travels. "

"Lots of walking distance shops nearby. Very nice pool and bar areas with very accommodating staff.The doors to the rooms are very loud when closing almost like it’s being slammed, can be jarring when your in your room and your neighbors don’t close the door gently. I was able to get my room changed but the walls are very thin you can hear conversations next door as well as music playing, a machine humming noise coming from the vent system as well . I cut my trip short because of being uncomfortable in the room when trying to relax . I am still trying to see if I could get reimbursed for the days unused with no success so far. "
