"The Hotel is centrally located and very nice. What makes it excellent are the staff . They are amazing and friendly . They even made us a take away breakfast bag because our flight was early on leaving. We have not had this kind of dedicated service in the USA for years . We forgot what it was like to have worker that appreciate their jobs and their customers "

"My son and I stayed at this property twice for about 5 nights. I was super impressed. There were mostly two men who ran the front desk and they were both amazing!! They helped us in many little ways. For example the day we were to fly home one of them arranged for me to see a doctor on short notice to check an injury from our hiking in southern Peru. This hotel is lucky to have such amazing staff. Resort also super clean and all staff are friendly!!! Eric Bennett"

"Bar was an ok selection, food came out pretty fast. Rooms were sanitized daily. Staff was very helpful and attentive to any needs. Can't give an opinion on Breakfast as I didn't have any during the stay."

"Moved to second room as first had no window which was quite awful. Very happy with new room. Large spacious bed and room was clean and tidy. Window opened into an internal court yard so no traffic noise. Didn’t have air conditioning so asked for a fan. Breakfast had a good variety of options. Great location right in the centre."
