"The staff were very helpful a special shout out to Nancy who made sure we got checked in after hours. Due to aircraft issues leaving Toronto we didn't get to the hotel until 12:30 AM. Nancy made sure there was no issue checking in after hours by texting us the security code and an after hours number to call if we had any problems."

"Room was spacious and clean. The location is ideal to explore the city and the area outside the fortifications. Kettle, coffee maker both available. Clean towels and nice bedding. Has an old character to the entire hotel. Well secure with safety codes and wifi."

"Substitute one of the stairs ways with an elevator. I stayed in the 5th floor for the whole trip and going up and down several times a day it gets feels in the knees. Just a thought. Everything was excellent."

"When we arrived the front desk personnel was not very friendly and when he spoke he talked in a very quiet voice. We asked him to repeat himself a few times. We had room 405, it was extremely noisy to try to sleep in. The following morning we went to the front desk we spoke to a young guy and requested to move rooms, no problem with a very little cost to us we moved to room 304. This room was perfect, quiet and clean. The young woman at the desk was very friendly, very polite would have liked...
