The positive points of this Hotel were the friendliness, breakfast and cleanliness. I had high expectations for this hotel, but the view from my room was very disappointing. The bathroom was very poorly decorated. For the price charged, it should be improved. Would not recommend to a friend.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit grossem Balkon. Restaurant Portofino hat super Essen für jeden Geschmack. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Badetücher, Strandstühle und Schirme werden zur Verfügung gestellt.

Hotel maravilhoso!

Hotel maravilhoso, equipe de limpeza e recepção maravilhosos. Lugar incrível, restaurante e café da manhã excepcionais. Tudo perfeito. De frente para a praia, estacionamento muito bom. Recomendo pois voltarei. O único problema são os borrachudos na ilha mas nada que um bom repelente não resolva.

Excelente hospedagem e equipe diferenciada

Hospedagem incrível! Quarto muito bem arrumado, limpo e cheiroso. Equipe muito simpática, recepcionistas atenciosos, especialmente o rapaz que fica durante o dia. Conhece bem a ilha e passa boas informações sobre as praias e cachoeiras. Pessoal do café da manhã muito atencioso também, sempre buscando agradar! Faziam suco verde especialmente para mim todas as manhãs. Não poderia esquecer do pessoal da piscina, que fizeram um drink fora do cardápio, coquetel de frutas, o qual ficou excelente. Voltarei mais vezes!

Um hotel muito bem cuidado, bons quartos, cama confortável, bons lençóis e toalhas com um belo chuveiro. A equipe bem treinada e atenta a todas as solicitações. Uma piscina agradável e com ofurôs disponíveis. O restaurante é um capítulo à parte, bom cardápio muito bem executado. Tudo que provamos estava perfeito. Isso sem falar que estamos na Ilhabela!
