First time in Ilhabela

Charming property and a lovely stay, however a few things to note that could be approved upon. Firstly, the WiFi did not reach our room which also meant streaming on the TV was unavailable. Secondly, extremely low water pressure on the bathroom tap (almost non-existent) and shower difficult to control temperature. No kettle or iron provided in room. But overall, had a lovely stay at the property and the bed was extremely comfortable.

ACOLHEDOR é a palavra que descreve a estadia na Pousada Charme de Emirados. Os funcionários são SUPER atenciosos, desde o senhor que cuida da piscina às moças que cuidam do café da manhã. Há uma genuína preocupação com o conforto e bem estar dos hóspedes (ex.: cuidado com os mínimos detalhes (toalhas demaquilantes, esponja de banho, secador eficiente), envio de material com TODAS as informações necessárias à estadia e dicas valiosas (ex. contato de guias, dicas de restaurante), em um café/chá da tarde oferecido sem custo ou, ainda, em conversas informais onde perguntam o que poderiam melhorar na estadia. Indico a hospedagem sem reticências. Por fim, vale um destaque especial a Fernanda, que fez a nossa experiência ainda mais personalizada com toda atenção e receptividade, ela gerencia o time com alegria e maestria.

Merece alguns pontos de atenção

O único pedido que fiz ao realizar a reserva não foi atendido, ou seja, queria um quarto silencioso. Infelizmente, a partir das 5h tem-se vários veículos circulando com muito barulho. Para descansar foi péssimo. Nas fotos da pousada vimos a foto do spa e havia entendido que se tratava de área comum para uso dos hóspedes. Infelizmente o uso era cobrado a parte e não fazia parte da reserva. A equipe de atendimento era muito educada e simpática. O café da manhã era bom, mas senti falta de uma sanduicheira e/ou torradeira, além de um requeijão para passar no pão. O colchão era mole e o meu corpo sentiu. Prefiro colchões um pouco mais firmes. Em suma, o que mais pesou contra foi o quarto ser muito barulhento para dormir. Talvez um isolamento acústico para os quartos da frente da pousada.
