"Staff Was So Helpful "

"Staff were pleasant but not actually helpful. Had to ask 4 separate times between 12 noon until 9pm to get extra bedding. Multiple staff said it would be no problem and could be brought right away then never did. Whilst checking in the member of staff answered a call when with us without explanation. Multiple other small examples whereby the staff just seemed to not want to be particularly helpful or efficient. Third bed in rooms is not actually a bed - it’s a camp bed with smaller pillows...

"The reception desk is in front of the hotel. No signs for it or nothing, we almost left for another hotel till we found a worker cleaning the room and asked them for help. Toilet was unflushed or maybe had chemicals in it which were yellow. No amenities such as soap, bodywash, etc. Bathroom door broken.
