"This place is very clean and everybody was very friendly. However, the bed was awful. I don't think I've ever attempted sleeping in a bed this horrible. My entire body hurt the next day."

Their fitness room was well equipped and clean but had piped in music that could not be turned down or off. VERY ANNOYING. The receptionist said she would call for help and get back to us but we never saw her again. Lastly, we've clearly gotten spoiled by the included breakfast, so didn't want to spend $12 each for that! "Breakfast was in line for this type of property. The business center did not have a printer and the staff on duty did not know how to help me print to a network printer. Suggested i go to Walmart to print something. We were sitting in the lobby reception area chatting before checkout time and a staff member ran the vacuum cleaner right there, even had us move our feet. There is a 4 hour window between check out and check in. Seems like that's when the common areas should be vacuumed, not...

"The staff was very nice & when I called 2 c if I could have 2 beds instead of 1 she was nice enough to change it. On the other hand the hot tub bubbles didn’t work when we turned the timer on. Then 1 of the staff members who had a key to pool pump room went & did something maybe reset a breaker bec when he came back out he said should go in a min & it started up.
