"One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The place is immaculate and the staff is amazing. The pool is fun and relaxing. Breakfast is better than average and the location is close to shops, shopping centre and restaurants. It was supposed to be a one night stay but I ended up booking 2 more nights. The hotel is luxurious and aptly named The Monarch Hotel. I would love to stay here again in the future."

The docking boat ride is just a walk from the hotel which is convenient The only thing is The staff in the front desk is i believed needs more training .But over all it was a nice hotel .."

"Although the room was clean, it is obvious that time took a toll on this place. The towels were dingy and grey, sink faucet and shower head startee to show patina. The distance is great as it's 1-2 blocks from the main historical street. Staff were courteous and friendly. "
