"the Staff are amazing very polite and courteous, very helpful. The food, amenities and landscape are wonderful. We stayed on one of their Villa mansion and the aircondition was noisy and they transfered us to another villa right away, the faucetes in the washrooms need to be replaced. I need to remind the front desk for our bottled water supply everyday because water in the rooms are not potable. Other than that I love the resort. We'll go back there again if given a chance."

"This is my second time staying at this hotel. I felt really valued as a returning guest. They remembered me. From the security guards, bell men and reception. The coffee shop staff are also very friendly and welcoming as always. I will be back soon. Highly recommend. "

"Place has aura of elegance in the open area where people can sit read talk listen to the piano . Clean room but everything you need is available . Kleenex is absence instead a roll of toilet tissue in its place . Hand towel only one available No face towels .Had to ask . Occurred twice no hot water . Maintenance had to come and resolve the issue. Nothing special with breakfast . Everything you need like bread you have to ask and be charged. Overall . Can’t complain about the staff in Eagles Nest and in the hotel . Everyone is caring good listener, helpful. They all smile at you The hotel could have been nice . It’s has the resort aura but when I saw infront of it was gasoline station First impression was I made a mistake. Accessibility to every where you want to go is a plus."

"The internet was not working. The water flow on the toilet bowl is slow. Going to the 4th for breakfast was hard for my age but the breakfast was excellent and also the staff."

"I won’t stay there any more. Linen were wornout, towels were discolored, mosquitos & ants all over the room, defective shower, toilet was clogged & after declogging it goes back to slow drain again. It’s way below my expectation. I don’t why you are doing business with this kind of property. "

"We spent 2 nights with my family and I'm so glad we had a great time though it's only a short stay.The rooms were clean and organized.They offer free breakfast to all guests except when you booked in to any travel agencies and we didn't know about the exceptions.We asked info desk to clarify and replied with a welcoming smile a complimentary breakfast was offered to us with no hesitation.The staff were very hospitable and accomodating.Another favor was granted when my 2 teenager nephews joined us after school and their stay was excluded from booking but they both spent the night with no additional fee.The resort is a secluded area limited to public access.The thing that's missing in this place is a beautiful landscape especially in the patio area.It will give a curb appeal if a mounted garden full of succulents and cactus with rocks in between plants.I would also like to suggest to the management to pls build a stairs going down the beach.It's very risky going up and down stepping on uneven rocks."

" The place is cozy, its a big upgrade for the aria.The stuff are very helpful, they do have a shuttle to drop you off to the buss stop if you are commuting like us.they do have there own boat ramp so you don't need to go out of the hotel if you go on island hopping.The buffet is very good, they offer lechon and seafoods for dinner.They offer free breakfast, you just have wake up early because its always pack. Just wish they have more people so they can be more atent "
