The Bed Was Good But Everything Else.....
The hotel is very old and run down. The check in process is over 10 minutes. The room itself was large enough but face out to a wall, no view at all even though it was advertised as having a view and a balcony. It had neither.
The room has carpet which is filthy and caused me to cough incessantly and eventually get bronchitis.
Above every bed is a Christian cross with jesus nailed to it.
The wifi simply does not work and no amount of complaining will get it fixed.
The breakfast is pretty disgusting, its precooked cold eggs
We were sitting enjoying a bento box from the japanese restaurant, which was passable. Some homeless guy can to our table and mumbled at us and just stared. The staff did nothing and I had to yell at them to get rid of this creep.
They, for reasons only a Filipino could come up with thought this guy was our friend. He eventually wandered off and I asked the staff why didnt they summon the 2 security guards who were lounging around outside. It took soem time for that concept to dawn on them. No doubt it was the security guys who opened the door for this very obviously homeless person.
Made me concerned for security at night in the hotel.
Anyway, if you would love a frustrating annoying hotel stay then sure go right ahead and book this place...
