"Here are the good stuff:
Location is the best. Right in the middle of action. Couple of steps from bars/restaurants/shopping. 7-10 minutes walking from train station.
Here are the bad:
- Room was not quite clean as should be
- THE AIR CONDITIONING WAS NOT WORKING. - The hotel front desk told me they will turn on June. (If it is hot in May, they do not care)
I had big problem to sleep the hot last night.

"This apartment was a short walk to the Grande Place. The staff were very helpful and responded very quickly to any questions. Although this apartment is self-check in, check in was easy with codes provided to get into the building. The apartment key lockbox was well-labeled on the left wall, inside the building. "Location, cleanliness and price are great… however, they advertise that they have air conditioning and it just does not work. There was a fan in the room when we arrived. We complained after 24 hrs that the AC wasn’t working, we were given another fan and told it “takes time” to get cool. It was over 80 degrees in the room and so uncomfortable. "It was excellent. The location for us was perfect because it was right across the street from the train station, which is so convenient. Our days are so full we dont need prime location spots. I like when I can ditch my luggage quickly on arrival. The hotel was so clean as has been every place I've been in Europe. The front desk guy was great, so helpful and sweet. If I had to say anything, the lighting in the room was very poor, but not a deal breaker in any way."
