"Very close to the airport and plenty of parking. Room was tidied up daily. We were given the room on the ground floor and there were days especially in the morning when there were lots of noises like banging doors and trolleys passing by. Breakfast is fine. Maybe time to get a new bread toaster too as you need to hold the lever to toast it as it is broken😬. Otherwise we had a comfortable stay and staff were very nice, helpfl and accomodating."

"Stayed for a night after arrival - contrary to some descriptions of the hotel, the shuttle is NOT free. The room was simple and small - we were told we were upgraded to a deluxe room because they didn’t have the king bed we reserved, but their deluxe room is an average standard room in our experience. Breakfast is poor especially considering we’re in Italy. The staff are unable to properly cook an omelet so don’t ask. Other hotels in the area to try next time - holiday inn. Sheraton was about...

"The outside doesn't look like much when you pull up; the building could definitely use a fresh coat of paint. But once you step inside, there's a strong, pleasant, clean smell, and the lobby and reception area look modern and refreshed. The rooms are also nice and modern, comfortable, and very pretty, with comfy beds and pillows, and a nice bathroom with a separate tub and shower. Everything was great on that front. However, the 'smart' TVs were a disappointment. They aren't actually 'smart' and...

"They never explain the shuttle service for next day needs to be done since the check in and without booking they will not give you this service and also does not work every 30 min its every hour"
