"The room was very spacious and attractive, and the air conditioning worked great! I really appreciated the kitchen area with everything from a coffee maker to a fridge to a dishwasher! The bed is a bit firm, but not to the point of negatively affecting one’s sleep. The staff are very kind and worked hard to support requests. I am also very satisfied with the location- it’s close enough to be convenient, but not in the middle of the noisy, touristy areas. I do wish the bathroom counter space was...

"Our room had cracked plaster on walls and ceiling. Wardrobe was old and doors couldn’t close properly. Not very clean. Room had nice bathroom and good view on the city. The amenities were great. Decent hotel, however, our room interior felt old and needed a refresh."
