"This hotel is a low quality, very basic place to stay for a transient traveller. It is not a relaxing stylish, tourist holiday hotel compared to even a moderate rated one. The breakfast selection is very limited with no cold option for a European taste and no fresh fruit. The housekeeping was atrocious with no bed making and not even a change of linen after an accidental nosebleed on a pillow and sheet. Pillows remained on the floor for 4 days. "The room was on the shabby side and smelled stale. The window had been left open and it was very noisy y til I figured out how to close it. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was broken and would droop every time I put the roll of toilet paper on it. The plastic restaurant did not seem very clean. We were sat next to a dead plant with little flies and insect nests all over it. The food was bad. I ordered risotto which was so undercook that the rice was crunchy. The manager tried to tell me...

"The description of the room we booked on their website did not match what we were given. We booked an excutive room but the room we were given only had two skylights and no view. The room was in a small narrow corridoor in the loft."

"We found the breakfast to be quite basic, and very poor for gluten free options. The Bar & Grill was good for non GF food & had a lively atmosphere. Our room was ok, but the shower tray in the bathroom was stained, which made it appear dirty. Overall the bathroom needed a bit of updating. The staff were excellent!"
