"This place is horrible The first room they gave us smelled like dog urine. It was dirty, damp and nasty so I asked for another room. The room smelled better, but it was still dirty. I had a sliding glass door to go out to the courtyard which was completely broken anybody could’ve walked in and stole our stuff I wouldn’t. I would give it a negative the pool was broken, which was the whole reason we rented the place and this is the Wyndham and independence, Ohio. If I could add the pictures I took...

"We were at a Cleveland Guardians game tired when we checked in and just wanted a hot shower and good night sleep. We had two adults and 3 kids (11,13,15). Who puts a family of five in a room with a broken shower. The knob to pull the water through the shower head was completely broken. We DID NOT get a shower. The front desk said the general manager would call us. No one called. We are still waiting. The breakfast was terrible. Stale broken nature valley bars that crumbled upon opening...

"The pros: dog friendly, clean sheets/towels, cold a/c, budget-friendly. Cons: some sketchy guests--but I'm glad I had my big dogs, tv didn't work, room phone broken. When I went to breakfast, the coffee was weak, the bagel was stale. If you need to bring your dogs $25 extra/$35 for two), and have a strict budget, this will work."

"Though it was July 4th during checkout young children were milling around awaiting time for leaving for fireworks displays to begin, things quieted down shortly as we had a late 9:00 pm time of arrival for checking in. All was well and quiet shortly thereafter. A very pleasant stay here. Well lit parking area and an area we felt was very safe . "
