"Great stay! Had a mini kitchen in room"

"It was noisy and hot in the main lobby. The cooling system is awful. They have different modes for the HVAC and it made the main lobby extremely hot and the room freezing and you couldn’t adjust the temperature. I couldn’t enjoy the manager’s special due to the heat. The photo on Expedia also shows a pretty pond in the main lobby and there was no pond. Parking is also a nightmare. The spots are smaller than normal so the lot was very crowded."

"We loved the space available for a family of 5. Our 2 yo was able to sleep in the trundle, closer to the ground. There was ample amount of space for the family to roam in the room AND restroom. We wish we could have spent more time to roam around the hotel and use the pool. We will definitely be back again!"

"The room was okay for a one-night stay. My husband and I just wanted to be closed to where we were visiting on Sunday. We originally booked a king room and as soon as my husband walked in it smelled of cigarette smoke terribly (despite it being a smoke free property). When he went to tell the front desk, they had to move us into a 2 queen bed room since the one they originally had for us was the last one they had. "The front desk staff was nice. The head breakfast lady was amazing so friendly she was great! The place was clean but housekeeping didn’t come to your room after you checked in didn’t take trash or anything we had to go ask housekeeping many times for things and to dump our trash. Also when did they start charging for breakfast?"

Das Zimmer, insbesondere das Badezimmer, roch stark nach Rauch, obwohl es als Nichtraucherzimmer ausgewiesen war. "This place is run down, with a strong smell of bleach. Fire alarm was removed, walls showed some type of running liquid That is now dried, signs of mold everywhere, metal lamps and metal components in room showed rust. Did checked in around 5:30 PM and checked out same day around 8:00 PM. Overall condition of hotel is very poor maintenance. The whole experience felt uncomfortable and unsafe."
