"It was a good experience. The receptionist on duty was rude (considering that my flight got delayed 6 hours and I arrived at 3:00 a.m.) it was not nice to have a bad attitude when you want to have a nice rest. Bar servers were great and the food good too."

"This trip was for a job interview. The hotel did not have an iron in my room and none were available at the front desk. Blow dryers are not in the room and were not available upon request. Luckily someone who was staying at 5he hotel allowed me to use the iron from their room. Talk about inconvenience."

"I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant—it had a great atmosphere, excellent food, and made it so convenient to enjoy a nice meal without leaving the hotel. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! Oh and the AC actually works unlike other hotels in NYC"

"The soap dispenser in the shower didn’t work…dirty towels were left in room after cleaning. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Location was very convenient to several malls & restaurants."

"The cleanliness of the rooms could have been a bit better. There was some molding in the shower and mystery spots on the walls of the bathroom all the way to the ceiling. There was also a hole in the bathroom wall. The Mini fridge was filled with rust as well. The staff was great!"

"The staff is absolutely wonderful! We arrived after the dinner service, but the breakfast was very good. The only reason for the 4 stars is the pillows aren’t very good. No fault of the staff, but the hall had a strong odor of ‘weed’."

"Room was nice size. Fridge and microwave in room. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Need to put a safe in room for valuables. Breakfast was just ok first day. Much better the second morning. Overall, stay was very good. Staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating."

"We like the location. This was our 2nd time staying there. Traveling from Florida to NYS. We hope that the next la Quinta that we choose going back south in October will be just as good. We will be choosing the lake Norman area then. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Only downfall is that they put us at the end of the hallway on 1st floor near outside exit door where it was a little noisy when people were coming in and out."
