This was my 3rd time here and I won't be back again. First time was fine, and even economical. I enjoyed seeing a movie at the theater right next door.
2nd time started off OK. Bed and room were good, but then I filling the Jacuzzi bathtub and went out to my car to grab some different shoes. Came back to the room and my key card didn't work. Having running water going, I quickly went to the front desk (roughly 9am) and NO ONE WAS THERE!
I frantically rang the bell and shouted out, but nothing. Alas, about 7 minutes later the front desk manager dude casually walked in and I went off about the situation, and trying to impress upon him that I immediately needed in the room so the water wouldn't overflow. He got me a new key and I was back in time to prevent a disaster. HOWEVER, the Jacuzzi jets wouldn't turn on and I had to bother him again to get it working. Also, the more than adequate TV didn't turn on, which was irritating. When I went to check out, the dude had a bit of an attitude. I left with a bad feeling and contemplated cancelling my reservation exactly a week later (which was this past Friday/Sat. He remembered me and apparently gave me and my 2 friends the absolute worst room they have. Both beds were not very comfortable, the shower didn't have much pressure or get very hot, and the fridge/freezer had a broken part. Way too expensive for that situation to occur. To add insult to injury - the $100 "temporary deposit" ended up becoming an actual charge that I now"
