"It is directly on the ocean, the grounds are beautiful, but not very kept up, needs a re-fresh, I know the salt air does damage & its hard to keep up, but the whole place has an "I don't care " feel. The rooms are clean but dumpy. baseboards chipped, paint off the walls, very dated uncomfortable couch. The bed was suppose to be a queen size, it was not, it was a double, I would not have booked that room if I knew that. When I told the woman in the office she didn't seem to care. Dollar Tree...

"Wonderful house with easy access to both highways. Everything was very clean and the kitchen has all the equipment you could need to fix meals there. Great coffee bar as well as lots of areas for good conversations."

"Perfect location. 2 minute walk and you're in the sand at the beach! i think the property could use an update as the whole property is pretty outdated which you'll notice as soon as you walk in. Besides that, it had everything we needed and the beds were actually comfortable. We definitely enjoyed our stay."
