"We love the Sound View. As a school social worker, I sometimes REALLY need to reset. There is no better place to do it than here with the most amazing views! We have been coming 3x a year with our pup. Great staff and restaurant! The hotel really tries to accommodate requests, such as a certain room number our dog has gotten used to lol. 10/10 recommend! "Lovely place for a quiet getaway off-season. Loved this place and will be back. Only disappointment was morning coffee … lacking flavor and lukewarm … but there is a wonderful shop just a few doors down with very good coffee. Nespresso machine in room. "

"Overall it was a great stay! Best part of the cottage was the bathroom with its deep big tub and walk in shower. But the room itself lacked visual appeal & some conveniences usually associated with booking a cottage which is more private and removed from the house. Could use more and better art in the room. I would also trade all the storage space for a mini fridge, tea kettle or coffee maker. Also the only full-size mirror is hidden far back in the bathroom which isn’t terrible but very...
