"They charged me twice for the same room, for the same night; so far so good, human error, it can hapen. When I called them TWICE to point out the obvious error, both times they said they would look into it and "get back to me". Seeing that this was not going to get resolved in a timely, friendly way, I reached out to my credit card company (VISA Canada) and initiated a formal dispute for the cgharges. Within 24 hours, VISA refunded me the disputed charges, and took charge of the problem....

"This place is great! I stayed in a one bedroom king suite and it was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. I was on the first floor and had zero issues with noise coming from within or outside the hotel. I explored the laundry room, gym, and pool—all were very nice. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"Hotel is clean and good for families, however we had to wait for 1 hour for the shuttle in the airport, when we called we were told it would take 15 mins, we called a 2nd time after 30 mins waiting and waited another 30 mins. The shuttle only goes to terminal A and C, you could mention this ahead of time and paste a picture of the shuttle offering the service.
The breakfast is included and it is supposed to start at 6am, we rushed to be there on time and there were another 5 or 6 customers...

"I just had an overnight stay because my flight landed late so I had to stay overnight for the next flight in the morning. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was perfect with the super moist biscuits and tasty sausage! The added amenity is the free shuttle for the morning commute to the airport. The driver is very efficient and gets you to the proper terminal quickly! Thank you!"

"The first room I was assigned was dirty, the deadbolt wouldn’t lock, most of the lights wouldn’t turn on, and it smelled of smoke and mildew. I requested a different room and it was slightly better but still way less desirable than advertised. Paint and floor boards are chipped severely throughout the whole hotel. It’s also very noisy property. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. However, the manager on night shift was very kind."
