"Upon arrival I was told that the pool, the back entrance, and an elevator were out of order. Additionally, the air controls in the room would only blow heat or cold. To the credit of the staff another room was offered, they had a deal with a local gym's pool, the breakfast was good, and the staff was very helpful. The hotel needs some upkeep in the areas listed to receive a top rating."

"It was just like advertised. There a lot of places in tulsa that got nice pictures and then you get there and it’s horrible happened to me 3 times with 3 different hotels. Lucky me I found this Avid its amazing and worth every penny."

"Was the front desk persons 3 rd day. Check in was a little rough as she couldn’t figure out how booking wit Expedia worked. Took about 30 minutes and several phone calls to get it all worked out. Then she came to our room with another guest and said our room was empty according to their system. About 5 minutes later, she called our room to try to figure out why we were in the room she gave us the keys to. It was a little frustrating and very confusing. After that our stay was just fine. "

"Everything was really nice. Location, clean, quiet, easy access. The ice maker was down for day. King size bed was great, probably needs to be flipped or turned. Had a small divet, caused a little cramp in my back. But as long as I could stay out of the divet, it was great."

"I stay here at least once a year and have done so for the last five years the staff is excellent. My room is always perfect. Never missing anything. Room service is available. Anything you need extra is brought to your room. Plenty of places to eat close and the pool and swim up bar are fantastic."
