"The room was not habitable due to severe sanitation issues, including blood on the walls, visibly soiled bedding, and a non-functioning toilet. We arrived late and discovered the full extent after settling in. We notified the front desk and were offered another room, but given the severity of the conditions and health concerns, we did not feel safe remaining on the property. We vacated after one night and requested a refund for the unused nights, which was denied"

"The rooms are excellent!!! Clean and very well appointed. Hotel staff was polite , professional, and very helpful. We had dinner at the Hotel and the food and service was amazing. The Property is very well kept and very easy to access. Valet parking was courteous and prompt in all our interactions. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. "I loved the Graduate! It was my first time in this chain. Fun interior with University of Michigan decorations and touches throughout. The staff was warm and nice and local. Great vibe in the place. The long table through the lobby is a wonderful place to drink coffee, bring a laptop or have a semi-public meeting. Great light and energy in the lobby with lots of places to sit. I enjoyed my room. The bed was terrific and water pressure in the shower was strong. I found the room too dark, TBH....

"Staff is always helpful, friendly, and attentive. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I did not get a chance to eat in the restaurant but sometimes they have extra pastries from the breakfast for sale at the desk later and they were delicious!"

"We had a Roomy apartment with a great location to the Main street with restaurants and shops. The apartment had two bedrooms with a king beds in each with a TV capable of streaming . Two full baths. Full size washer/ dryer . Full kitchen. Large living area with flat screen tv. Draw backs: Across the street of a nightclub. Could hear the music and crowds until after midnight. The second bedroom is away from the street and quieter. There is a Major street project going on (signs in elevator...

"We loved everything about this with the exception of the bed. We are used to an adjustable bed, so it was a bit uncomfortable for us. But all and all no complaints."
