I booked a 5 night stay at an avantstay property in Indio CA for ton of money and two days before the trip I came down with covid. They refused any sort of refund or change requests and charged the full amount despite not using the property at all and having SIZABLE "taxes and fees" and "property fees" added to my bill aside from the nightly rate A very negative, frustrating, and expensive experience. I do not recommend.
Stayed 4 nights in Jun 2024
