"I have booked this for 3 separate nights day 1 on arrival to Delhi the last day of my trip and in the middle. The hotel have allowed me to leave a large bag with them and travel lightly for 5 days then on return they will wash and iron my clothes. Amazing. Staff are great very helpful "

"デリー駅に23時に到着する列車でデリーに到着する予定であったため、このホテルを予約しました。 部屋は清潔で快適でした(私の部屋は、窓が無かったのは残念でしたが、圧迫感はありませんでした)。 デリー駅周辺のホテルは、チェックイン時刻が24時までのところが多かったので、列車が遅れた場合に備えて、デリー駅から比較的近いコノート・プレイスのこのホテルにしました。 朝食は普通かなと思います。 Hotels.comの連絡機能で、24時以降のチェックインが問題無いか、問い合せましたが、結局回答はもらえませんでした。その点は残念です。 "

"the staff was really terrible and rude, the room which was shown online was completely different than given to us, very small, dirty, no basic amenities including bath/hand towel, soap etc, worst room of all i had been to so far. I won't recommend this property at all to anyone. "

"Room was not up to the mark. There were cockroaches roaming around. No window, no ventilation, no tea/coffee, hot water maker or water bottle in room. Same bathroom kit for all three days. Washroom was not clean. Continuous noises outside the room for one full night. Charged extra under the name of 18% GST despite Govt changed the rate to 5% GST for budget Hotel stays. No receipt provided. Entire area was full of smoking smell. I will not recomment it to decent people coming for official stays...

"Except for location, this hotel has nothing to really feel good about. Bathroom is shaken. Mattress is poor, dtaff are ignorant and practically its a noisy hotel by their own people running arpund. I was deeply disappointed. Robably would never go back. "
