"I stayed with my bf for a BMX trip in Richmond. You can see right away why their avg rating is so high. The staff is fantastic and super accommodating. Location is great - it's in college town so bars, restaurants and a convenience store are within walking distance. I felt really safe in the area. We tried to have dinner on the 6th floor (and HOLY COW - eat dinner there. You won't regret it.) and because I didn't have reservations, had to come back the next night. As an apology, they comped our entire dinner. We were blown away. The room stayed nice and cold. We had breakfast there - coffee and a breakfast sandwich, which were great. Nice free parking lot with an overflow space. Bed was super comfy. Water pressure was great.
We've already decided that when this BMX event comes around next year, we will for sure stay again. Thank you for a great stay."
